I'm an executive finance leader and a single mother in my late forties, and somewhere between board meetings and bedtime stories, I learned that real leadership isn't about having it together. It's about telling the truth — especially the tender kind.
This space holds the parts of my story I used to keep behind closed doors: ambition next to doubt, love that arrived uninvited, courage that showed up in the same breath as fear. I write because words held me when nothing else could, and because I believe every honest story is quietly an act of leadership.
